Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Moberly, a skilled nursing facility located in Moberly, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents through providing high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans and as directed by the Director of Nursing

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the care team

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
