Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit

Schedule

NIGHTS - 12HR: 7P-7A. 36 hours per week. 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other week.

Assignment Details

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state
• 2 years recent acute Progressive Care Unit and Med-Surg/Tele experience
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates
• Recent experience with cardiac drips, ventilators, and acute BiPAP
• NIH, AHA BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and administer medications
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes
• Document patient progress and care in electronic medical records
