About the role
**Title:** MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Travel
**Requirements:**
- License: Compact state license required.
- Certifications: Current BLS required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience; travel experience required.
- Charting: Proficient in Epic.
- Unit-specific skills:
- Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- IV start/maintenance, peripheral/PICC/central line care
- Management of cardiac/vasoactive drips and insulin protocols (no titration)
- High-flow nasal cannula, non-invasive airway support, tracheostomy care
- Feeding tube care, CBI, wound care/Wound VAC, ostomy care
- PCA, phlebotomy, and use of rapid response/code teams
**Compliance / Notes:**
- Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO): 0 hours.
- Must have a vehicle for assignment.
- Pre-approved time off: one request (must submit RTO/scheduling requests up-front).
- Holiday coverage: must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays.
