**TITLE**
Travel RN – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
**SCHEDULE**
- Every other weekend required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Active compact nursing license
- 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of travel RN experience
- Charting experience with Epic
- BLS certification
- Competencies in telemetry monitoring, cardiac/vasoactive drips management, IV maintenance, wound care, and ostomy management
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications, including insulin and IV therapies.
- Perform wound care and assist with various nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning.
**COMPLIANCE / NOTES**
- Background checks required
- Must request all RTO/scheduling requests upfront during submittal
- Candidates must disclose any prior employment with the healthcare facility
