Registered Nurse – Med Surg/Tele

Schedule

12H Rotating (Day/Night) shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a, with every other weekend and holiday off. No more than 3 days of requested time off.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg or Telemetry
• Active RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting
• Monitor and assess patient health needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
