Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

**TITLE:** Registered Nurse – Oncology **SCHEDULE:** - Shift: 12-hour Day/Night rotating **REQUIREMENTS:** - 2 years of inpatient nursing experience, with current acute care experience within the last 12 months in the specialty - Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required - Experience with Epic charting system preferred **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with oncology diagnoses, including solid tumors and some blood cancers - Monitor and manage telemetry, recognizing and responding to dysrhythmias - Administer medications and IV therapy, including blood products and PCA management - Participate in rapid response and code team activities, ensuring adherence to infection and fall prevention protocols - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory therapy and social work **COMPLIANCE / NOTES:** - Orientation: 72 hours - Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions only for flu vaccine; COVID-19 vaccine not required - RTO policies: Return-to-office requirement noted for submissions - Parking options available; fees and availability subject to change
