• Current nursing license
• Relevant certifications
• Experience in a medical/surgical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered.
• Support the facility to maintain high quality and safe nursing care.
• Manage resources effectively to optimize patient care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards.
