**REQUIREMENTS**
- Active Registered Nurse License
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assess and manage the care of assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Plan and implement direct clinical care to ensure patient needs are met.
- Supervise nursing staff to whom care is delegated.
- Support the facility’s Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality and safe patient care.
- Manage resources effectively related to patient care.
