**Title** Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical **Requirements** - RN license: Georgia or Compact required at time of submission - Minimum 1 year recent RN experience (1st-time travelers accepted) - Required certification: BLS - Familiarity with remote telemetry and med/surg care - Core clinical skills: use of rapid response/code teams, peripheral line care, oxygen therapy, isolation precautions/PPE **Compliance / Notes** - Weekends: Every other weekend required - Floating: Yes, within facility and scope of practice as needed - Maximum Request Time Off (RTO): 7 days per contract - RTO blackout period: Spring Break April 4–12 - Holiday expectation: If one major holiday occurs during assignment, traveler expected to work it; if two, work both; if three, work two of them (major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday (counts as one), Christmas Eve/Christmas Day (counts as one), New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day) - Orientation: 24 hours listed; number of non-billable orientation hours varies by contract length - Compliance documents deadline: All due by Tuesday prior to start
