Requirements

• Required Certification: BLS
• Experience in patient care
• Familiarity with Point Click Care charting
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:16

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a healthcare facility
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor patient health and report changes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
