**Title**
L&D RN – Labor & Delivery

Nights, 3x12s
**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience
- Active state RN license or Compact accepted
- BLS required
- NRP required
- EFM: EFM-NCC OR AWHONN required
- Charting experience: EPIC required
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care in the labor and delivery setting.
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal well-being using fetal monitoring techniques.
- Assist with labor progression and delivery, providing support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assessment records using designated charting systems.
**Compliance / Notes**
- Attendance expectations are strict; multiple call-offs may result in termination.
- Pre-start modules: ~12 hours, non-billable, to be completed prior to start.
- Requested time off (RTO) is limited to a maximum of 10 days per contract; no RTO allowed during initial weeks.
