**Title:** Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
**Schedule:**
- 12-hour night shift
- Rotating weekends
- Call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
**Requirements:**
- Current Colorado RN license or compact to practice in Colorado
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- NRP certification
- STABLE certification
- Proof of flu vaccine or agreement to obtain by 10/31/25
- RN Charge experience required
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery, including operating room (OR), post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and postpartum care.
- Deliver couplet care to mothers and their infants.
- Facilitate high-quality care for patients, focusing on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance patient experience.
- Respond to the needs of multiple patients while managing the delivery process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in obstetrical nursing.
**Compliance / Notes:**
- Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
- Quick registration required for out-of-state agencies.
