Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

**Title** Travel RN – Labor & Delivery **Schedule** Shift: 3x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week) **Requirements** - Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required - Previous travel experience preferred - Epic charting experience required - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP - AWHONN Advanced preferred (NCC C-EFM acceptable in lieu of AWHONN Advanced) **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor and delivery. - Perform external and internal fetal monitoring. - Assist in vaginal deliveries and C-section procedures. - Conduct newborn assessments and basic care. - Manage postpartum hemorrhage and administer relevant therapies. - Support anesthesia and perform sterile vaginal exams. **Compliance / Notes** - Strict credentialing deadline: Submissions must meet the Tuesday-before-start deadline — no exceptions. - Fingerprinting required ASAP after booking; candidates outside the state must travel for fingerprints. - Two professional references required (at least one manager/director); no coworker references. - RN must have a valid compact or state license at the time of submission. - Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required. - Current employees of the organization are ineligible; former employees eligible after 6 months away; unresponsive candidates risk push/cancel.
