Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• 2 years of Labor and Delivery/Postpartum experience required
• BLS, ACLS, & NRP certification required
• Experience with EMR system preferred
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience
• Floating required

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and intervention during labor and delivery
• Monitor and document the status of mother and newborn
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate and support patients and families regarding care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Adapt to float as required between units
