Requirements

• Active and Clear RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• 1+ years of ICU experience
• 2 years of U.S. experience for non-U.S. candidates
• Nurse to patient ratio: 1:4
• Charting: EPIC

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care planning in the ICU.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
