Requirements

• Active nursing license
• Current certifications as required by the role
• Clinical experience in nursing
• Ability to work in a float capacity across multiple units

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to a group of patients according to established standards
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff
• Collect and analyze relevant health data
• Develop and implement care plans
• Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
