Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

**Title** Neuro ICU Travel Nurse **Schedule** - Shift: Day/Night rotation every 4 weeks - Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) — 36 hours/week - Weekends: Every other weekend **Assignment Details** - On-call: Required **Requirements** - Minimum 2 years Neuro ICU experience - Trauma Level I experience: Preferred - Travel experience: Required - Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (AHA) - Experience with EVD/ICP monitoring, mechanical ventilation, EEG monitoring, and vascular access procedures **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide comprehensive care for adult neuro patients, including those with strokes, seizures, and neuromuscular diseases - Monitor and manage patients with critical neuro conditions, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including vasoactive and cardiac drips - Participate in patient education and support to families **Compliance / Notes** - Urgent fingerprinting required immediately after booking - RNs must have valid compact or state license at time of submission - Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) - Candidates must be responsive to credentialing requirements
