About the role
**ICU RN – Critical Care**
**Schedule:**
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
**Assignment Details:**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Current Nursing License in the state of assignment
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Travel experience preferred, especially with renewals
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing changes that may require intervention.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed.
