Registered Nurse – NICU

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)

Assignment Details

Contract duration: 13 weeks, guaranteed 36 hours/week, with the facility allowed to call off 3 times during the assignment.

Requirements

• 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required
• Certifications: BCLS, NRP
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs including Peds ICU, Level II NICU & MBU
• No locals accepted within 100 miles
• Pending license accepted
• Must upload COVID vaccine documentation or declination

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates with varying levels of acuity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology effectively, including IV vasopressors and ventilator management.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate families on neonatal care and support resources.
