Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Weekends required every other or as needed.

Assignment Details

Floating between units is required. Number of approved hours is not specified.

Requirements

• Must have a valid nursing license.
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
• Charting experience with Epic is preferred.
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in a medical surgical setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes in condition effectively.
• Adhere to nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
