Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). Weekends required: Every other weekend or every weekend.

Assignment Details

Will float between units. No on-call required. Expected ratios: 1:4.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Experience in MS/Tele preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care processes in the EMR system
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
