Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule

Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00) with every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Minimal RTO. Float required when census warrants.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Emergency Room nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Competency in phlebotomy and IV placement is mandatory.
• Experience with mixed/shared acuity levels.
• Epic EMR system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
• Administer emergency medications and blood products.
• Perform procedural sedation administration.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
• Implement isolation precautions as needed.
