Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Day 4x12-Hour shift (06:00 - 16:00). Weekend requirement to meet staffing needs.

Assignment Details

Contract length: Approximately 4 months. The average daily census ranges from 15 to 20 patients with a maximum of 15 rooms/beds.

Requirements

• Active CA state license required (no pending licenses accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Ability to conduct up to 20 patient visits per day.
• No more than 7 days of RTO (requests for time off) allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-risk OB patients.
• Circulate during cesarean sections as needed.
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
