Registered Nurse – Rehab

Schedule

Day shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, open to 3 or 4 twelve-hour shifts. Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Assignment Details

Floating to other inpatient units may be necessary.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Active Indiana or Compact Nursing License

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals recovering from acute rehabilitation conditions.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health status and response to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
