**Title**: Private Duty Nurse – Pediatrics **Schedule**: Monday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM **Requirements**: - Current license to practice nursing (LPN/LVN or RN) in the state. - A minimum of one year experience in nursing is preferred, but not required. - Current CPR Certification. - Valid driver's license. - Proof of auto insurance. - Completion of Employee Health Questionnaire/Physical within 30 days of employment. - Dependent adult abuse certification. - Child abuse certification. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in a home setting. - Implement nursing care services under the direction and supervision of the RN Case Manager. - Maintain communication with families and clients while ensuring a warm and positive environment. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. - Comply with safety precautions and infection control procedures at all times. - Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the RN Case Manager.
