Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
**Requirements**
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
- 2+ years of home health experience
- Homecare Homebase Software Experience
- OASIS Experience
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Reliable transportation and insurance
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assess home health patients to identify their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Implement and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure continuity of quality nursing care.
- Educate patients and their families on care, medications, and safety.
- Supervise home health aides to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with third-party payer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
