Requirements

• WI RN License
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, TNCC & NIHSS Certifications
• Minimum 3+ years of RN experience required
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room experience required
• Epic charting experience in the last year required
• Strongly preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient education and provide support to patients and families.
• Manage multiple patient assignments and prioritize care effectively.
