Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

**Title:** ER RN **Schedule:** - Shift: Block schedule required - Weekends: Rotating weekends required **Requirements:** - Valid RN license (WA or Compact) - BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required - Minimum 2 years RN experience - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with EMR system Epic - Key clinical skills: airway management and intubation, care of ventilated patients, management of arterial/central lines and IV drips, dysrhythmia recognition/ECG interpretation, procedural sedation, and pediatric emergency care experience preferred **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department. - Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Triage patients based on clinical needs and urgency. - Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. **Compliance / Notes:** - Compliance documents due by Monday prior to start; last four of SSN required - RTO must be listed at time of submission; changes post-submission may not be approved - Orientation: 12 hours
