Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

**Title:** Emergency Department – Emergency **Schedule:** - Shift: 3 x 12-hour nights - Weekend coverage: every other weekend **Assignment Details:** - Daily census: 34 - Visits per day: 32 - Beds/rooms: 14 beds / 14 rooms - Orientation: 24 hours **Requirements:** - Years of experience: 3 - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC - EMR: Epic required - Patient ratio experience: 3:1 **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide emergency care for adult and pediatric patients. - Manage ventilator care and maintenance for ventilated patients. - Administer IV access, blood products, and IV vasopressors. - Recognize and manage dysrhythmias and interpret ABGs. - Conduct procedural sedation monitoring, triage, and trauma/ortho care. - Perform phlebotomy and general ED procedures. **Compliance / Notes:** - State or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal. - All requested time off must be listed at time of submittal. - Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. - Orientation modules to be completed onsite; modules are non-billable.
