Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Certifications as required by the specialty
• Experience in emergency nursing preferred
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• Basic life support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department
• Conduct triage and assess patient needs
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
• Manage discharge planning for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
