Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule

NIGHTS - 12HR: 3P-3A / 7P-7A rotation. Weekend requirement: One weekend shift per contracted week or two weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
Contract Weeks: 16

Requirements

• Active RN license in New York
• 2 years of recent experience in Emergency Department
• NIH Stroke Certification
• AHA BLS Certification
• U.S. work history required for non-U.S. candidates
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Assist in the assessment and management of patients in emergency situations.
• Implement emergency care protocols and procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Support specialized geriatric emergency care initiatives.
