Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

**Title** Registered Nurse – Nursing **Schedule** Nights 7p-7a **Assignment Details** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 **Requirements** - Active RN License in the state required or eligible to obtain - BLS certification required - ACLS certification required - Bachelor's degree preferred - Clinical experience preferred **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process. - Assess patients upon admission, obtaining relevant medical history and current medical status. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement a written care plan. - Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively with patients and team members. - Ensure patient safety and respect cultural and personal preferences in the care provided. - Engage positively with colleagues and manage feedback constructively. **Compliance / Notes** - Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. - Shifts may be canceled by the facility up to 3 times during the contract period.
