**Title:** ER RN - Emergency Room
**Schedule:** Night Shift
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
**Requirements:**
- Active Wisconsin RN Licensure
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- TNCC or TNS Certification
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Document care according to established standards.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and execute patient care according to individualized needs.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and support shared governance.
- Provide clinical expertise to support the patient’s longitudinal plan of care.
