Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Acute Care

**Title:** Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing **Schedule:** - 0.9 FTE day shift 0630-1900 - Every third weekend and holiday rotation **Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36 **Requirements:** - Current WI License - CPR certification - Education verification **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures. - Document according to standards of care. - Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized patient needs, as prescribed by a Physician and/or facility policy. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities. - Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating issues as needed.
