Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Previous experience in an emergency department preferred
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong assessment and clinical skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to patients in the emergency department
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions according to patients' needs
• Supervise the clinical care provided by nursing staff
• Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality patient care
• Manage resources effectively in relation to patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
