Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule

12H Night shifts, every other weekend and 2 holiday shifts required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
Contract Weeks: 26

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience required
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• MA nursing license required
• Experience with Epic EMR system required
• PALS or ENPC (Equivalency), BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications required
• Level 1 trauma experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with medical emergencies and injuries
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective care delivery
• Conduct patient assessments and document care using computerized charting
• Administer medications and treatments as per prescribed guidelines
• Engage in patient education and support
• Participate in training and continuing education programs
