About the role
**Title:** RN – Dialysis
**Schedule:** Varied shifts including days and nights.
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
**Requirements:**
- EMR Experience: Cerner and Fresenius-T
- Experience: Required in Dialysis nursing
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing dialysis treatments.
- Monitor patients for any changes in condition during treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and self-care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
