Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Care

**Title:** Travel RN – Urology Outpatient Clinic **Requirements:** - Licensure: Valid WA or Compact RN required at time of submission - Required certification: BLS - Minimum RN experience: 1 year - Urology background and outpatient clinic experience required - Recent, consistent catheter exchange experience (within last 6 months) - EPIC experience required **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Perform catheter exchanges and manage catheters - Provide patient education on self-catheterization - Conduct telephone triage and manage outpatient clinic workflows - Administer intravesical BCG and manage suprapubic catheter care - Monitor vital signs and administer medications as needed - Label specimens accurately for laboratory testing **Compliance / Notes:** - Compliance document deadline: Monday prior to start - Required at submission: last 4 of SSN; valid WA or Compact RN license - Request Time Off (RTO) must be listed at submission; no post-submittal RTO changes guaranteed - References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years (can include Charge RN/Lead) - Modules: Completed pre-start (approx. 16 hours; >20 hrs requires approval) - Do not contact facility directly unless instructed by Account Manager
