**Requirements**
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in psychiatric nursing.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise and delegate appropriate patient care to clinical staff.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure high standards of care and resource management.
- Maintain competency in clinical practice and support the team in achieving quality care outcomes.
