Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Minimum 1 year of experience required. First-time travelers are accepted. Contract length varies.

Requirements

• BLS certification required.
• Experience in renal medical-surgical settings preferred.
• Epic EMR system experience required.
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support for adult to geriatric populations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as ordered.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
