Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks

Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 2
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Skills Required: Infusion Center, Inpatient oncology, Outpatient oncology, Active Immunotherapy Specific/Non-Specific, Recognize/manage side effects, Care and management of ports, Antibiotics, Antiemetics, Care coordination, Alteration in skin and mucous membranes, Altered mental status
• EMR System: Epic

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic patients through their cancer journey
• Monitor refill requests and manage in-basket communications
• Provide patient education as needed
• Assist in managing side effects and providing supportive care
