Schedule

Shift Hours: 7p-7a, 13 weeks

Weekend Requirement: Every Other

Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

Call off Policy: The facility may cancel up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: RNs within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted.

Requirements

• Active New York Single State RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EPIC experience required
• Clinical skills: IV therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, emergency care, isolation precautions, and triage

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care for adult patients in a high-stress environment
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer medications, including IV vasopressors and blood products
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for critical patient management
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment
