Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (18:00 - 06:00)

Weekend requirement: Yes, to meet staffing needs

Guaranteed visits per day: 20

Room/bed ratio: 11/15

Average daily census: 15-20

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Floating required to meet facility needs
• No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO)
• Pendings licenses not accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to postpartum patients
• Assist in high-risk obstetric cases as needed
• Participate in circulating duties for cesarean sections
• Ensure a culturally sensitive approach to diverse populations
• Monitor and manage patient conditions effectively
