Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:00 - 06:00). Weekend requirement to meet staffing needs.

Assignment Details

Start date: ASAP. Cancellations due to rate change will result in a systemwide DNR (Do Not Return).

Requirements

• California state license required; pending licenses are not accepted.
• 1 year of experience in a relevant specialty.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• No more than 7 days of RTO restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum patients.
• Circulate during cesarean sections as needed.
• Manage an average daily census of 15-20 patients.
• Conduct 20 visits per day in a unit with 11 rooms and 15 beds.
