Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (06:00 - 16:00)

Assignment Details

• Start date: ASAP
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, to meet staffing needs
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-20
• Guaranteed hours/week: 36

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in women's health or related field
• Current CA state license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Experience with high-risk OB is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in labor and delivery.
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal well-being.
• Administer medications and perform interventions as necessary.
• Support postpartum care and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in emergency situations as needed.
