Registered Nurse – Case Manager

Schedule

Shift: 4x10 or 5x8 Days; Shift times may vary, options include 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, 0830-1700, 0700-1730, and 0730-1800. Weekend shifts required: every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 or 26 Weeks; Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Must have an active RN license in Alaska
• 1 year of acute care experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACM certification preferred
• Epic experience required
• Must be located at least 50 miles from the facility; locals not accepted

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and coordinate treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and develop nursing care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and families
