Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Shift: Night 4x12 (19:00 - 07:30)

Assignment Details

Assignment Length: 13 or 26 Weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks. Travelers can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• AK RN license required for auto offer.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Charge experience preferred or willing to train as charge.
• EMR system: Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in labor and delivery.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions during labor and postpartum recovery.
• Respond to medical emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided.

Time off requests approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submission. Local candidates will not be accepted; candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
