Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Assignment Length: 13 or 26 Weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 4x12 Nights (19:00 - 07:30)

Weekend Requirement: Yes - every other weekend

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks

On-Call Requirement: No

Clinician may float to like units as needed.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Charge experience preferred or willingness to train as charge.
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; locals not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including high-risk patients.
• Assist in OB triage and testing for third trimester patients.
• Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist with inductions and manage multiple patients during peak times.
