Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30) or 4x12-hour.

Assignment Details

Assignment length of 13 or 26 weeks, with guaranteed hours of 60 hours over 2 weeks. Travelers may be called off for one 12-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Must have active RN license in the state.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred or willing to train as charge.
• EMR system: Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor patient progress and notify providers of any changes.
• Assist with patient education and support throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform necessary interventions and administer medications as prescribed.
