Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Required to work every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Assignment length: 13 or 26 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Charge experience preferred or willingness to train as charge.
• EMR system: Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring patients and newborns.
• Manage and monitor patients during labor and delivery, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist in various procedures, including cesarean sections and post-operative care.
• Conduct OB triage evaluations and provide antepartum care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
